i came across this yesterday via someone else as well. it's so funny i had to watch it again. i'll never look at another treadmill in the gym the same way again. tee hee hee
I saw this on YouTube the other day and couldn't stop laughing! The choreography and coordination are really pretty darn amazing, and those outfits add to the bizarre quirkiness of the whole thing. I think it might be the next big thing in fitness classes!
I've had to watch this about 5 times, partly because I like the music so much! I wanted to try posting a video to my blog, since I've never done it before, and I thought this was a good choice.
Now that's fun. If you could go and goof off like that while they blasted great music at ear shattering levels then I might actually consider going to the gym during our 10 months of winter.

Oh man, that was great. I wonder how many hours of practice they put in to perfect it. No wonder they are all so thin.
I especially liked how it looked like they were skating across them.
So now, I guess I'll have to renew my subscription to the gym and learn how to do this...

This is great! My kids will love this. My kids are adults, I might add. The grandkids will love it, too :-)
