you spoke
...and I listened.
This painting for Easter (significance explained here) is now available in a limited edition of only 10 prints over here. It is a good size (14" x 11") on the best quality archival paper using top quality inks. Depending on how this one does, I will also be doing a run of Here Is The Ancient Floor.

Awesome! I will buy some of those, too, because GIFTS!!!!
You might want to consider slightly larger editions?
Thanks and BB49: I would if I thought they'd all sell. I'm starting out very conservatively...
I'm hanging in there for the ancient floor!
Enjoyed reading the explanation.
Great work.
I think this and the other's in your catalog are awesome!
Good luck with your print run! I think they'll be well received. One of these days...I'll be able to buy an original! I'm working on it.
sorry andrea...when I clicked on the link yesterday it said the edition was already sold out (I thought that was great!) but today it's showing one yet available. Still, that's really good to almost sell out on the first day it's up!
So far one sold of 10. Etsy is different in that it's a place for selling handmade items only. Prints are acceptable with certain restrictions, one of them being that you can only list one at a time, so when one sells it needs to be re-listed, which is what happened.
That's beautiful - you are very talented!
You are going to do just fine. you'll see
What a beautiful painting.
I think you made the perfect choice!!! I have to say that if I put out 10 paintings people each like a different one and then will say" I love this and this so could you make me a special one with this and that in it? Ha it's a head bangin adventure, no?
I'm assuming that the printed image will not fill the entire page, leaving a small margin all round...will you be signing each in pencil, in the margin, with the date of printing and the run number/edition number?
And if not, wouldja do mind that way?
Niftly lil' sig, date, 1/10 thing?
