Imposing as Vancouver may be though, I like the atmosphere of this country station better. It just goes to show that it is possible to create utilitarian architecture that is in harmony with its surroundings, unlike so much these days that is just boxes dumped on the land with no feel for their context.
Or maybe that's rose-tinted hindsight? It would be interesting to know how they were received at the time.
