studio update
- These are two of four pieces going up to Effusion Gallery's Elements show starting on Saturday.
- Then, in March, a couple of my paintings will be at Sopa Fine Arts' U8 exhibition in Kelowna.
- Locally, my work will be featured at North Delta's Gallery North in May. (Thanks to Barbara's jet-setting ways a space opened up.)
- I will be jurying artSpacific, Delta's annual open-invitation juried exhibition to be held in May at the Firehall Centre for the Arts, 11489 84th Avenue, North Delta.

Great to be busy and have stuff lined up. The U8 exhibit looks like a fun one and Gallery North is close enough I can actually go see it, yay!
Hi Andrea, great to see that you have such a busy season ahead - especially in these times.
Thanks for your thought provoking posts about the nature of art. I was very busy with the same theme at the time and plunged in a dungeon of self-doubt! Have now decided to just get on with it and keep enjoying what I'm doing!
Sounds like you have lots to look forward to - congrats!
Ellen: You should apply to the one at Sopa Fine Arts.
Laura: Good for you. At times like this it's best just to cut out the noise from both within and without (and it's deafening for me these days!) and do what works.
Heather: Thanks. One foot after the other!
Wow - good luck with all this.
(BTW your first two dotted points are curiously thin and squirted next to your images... they read like this:
The
are
two
of
four
pieces
... etc
Odd how blogger makes things look weird in certain browsers sometimes!
Caroline: That is weird. I just did a little sleuthing and can see that you use Firefox. I would've expected it from Explorer but since I use Firefox as well then...? If anyone else reads this comment can you tell me what you see in this post's formatting? Should I redo it I wonder?
Yes I use Firefox, but its on a rather old iMac so not as up-to-date as it could be...
Sounds like you're doing well ... lots of good work, lots of activity.
What a busy art life you lead.
