PS. I received my copy of James Barber's cookbook the other day and even my mother in law copied some of the recipes down to take back home with her.

Cynthia: So glad it's a hit! And those Chinese forgeries are such a hot topic these days (like Di said) but to see them hanging in a market like that -- surreal.

Diane: I was all "so what's the big deal" until I read that they were MODELS. Wowsa.
