Carl made this snowman when he was a weeish tot and the weather accommodated us with a brief snowfall this morning so I could take this photo. Happy Holidays everyone!

The downside to one's children all being in high school is no more holiday crafts. :-( I miss that.

(We are quite firmly in the rainy-temperatures zone. No snow in sight. Did you stay?)

Thanks for the kind wishes and no, Tara, it didn't stay more than a couple of hours and was very wet. We are in the exact same zone as you but there are variations within. There were parts of the Metro Vancouver area that didn't get it yesterday either.

Oops, correcting my above typos.

Very cute, and impressive those tiny stick arms made it through multiple seasons. You must have expert packing skills. Have a wonderful (rainy) Christmas!

I love these lines from A Child's Christmas in Wales:
"I built a snowman and my brother knocked it down.
So, I knocked my brother down, and then we had tea."
Mele Kalikimaka to you, dear friend, and I return your much appreciated hug that you sent.
