multiple listing service
Thanks to Kirsty & Phil and Caroline's hunt for a new home in breathtaking Cornwall (I think I live in the wrong country), this week's Illustration Friday theme, 'multiple', ties nicely into my house obsession. (The houses are 100% Canadian, mind you.) It also doesn't hurt that I finished my latest house portrait (below) yesterday, and just in time to include in this mosaic.

I would love to live in any of these houses. They are stunning!!
Love the new yellow house - definitely my favourite to date. I like the extra details you've included.
This latest house painting is my favorite of all the houses! You have such a wonderful collection of these paintings, and each one has its own great personality. I especially like the yellow and the curtains in the upstairs window... it makes me feel warm and breezy:>
I absolutely LOVE houses in general, and I LOVE yours in particular!! Great illo!!
Even better in a "multiple listing."
Oh! I've just spied the little bird in the new painting.Should've known there'd be one somewhere!
I love this new house, Andrea! The colors, the details. Delightful. I want to live there.

Oh! I love your yellow house. I want to live in it!
What super houses, lovely work and a great entry (coincidently I've just been watching Kirsty & Phil too!)
I love this set of pictures! Don't they look so good together? I'm sure people would pay you to have their house painted!
I also have a thing for houses and just adore your house paintings. They exude love and appreciation for the sweetness of the houses. They bring the houses alive in all their warmth and charm. They make my heart jump with joy.
these are smashing! i can't stop looking at them...and i live in the wrong country as well!
oo, i adore these cute lil houses!!
Very well done! These houses are beautiful!
Kind regards,
Wonderful houses! I kept thinking they'd make wonderful playing cards.... so bright and beautiful!
I wish the MLS looked just like this!
They are all fab houses, but I'd make the red one my home.
These are great and I like how you grouped them together. You have captured the character of each house, not mere four walls.
I'll take the red one please. :-)
I echo the sentiments of many here. I adore these paintings. So breathtakingly beautiful.
You gotta love a yellow house :-)
Which reminds me, I need to take some clear photos and email them to you so we can start talking about painting mine again :-) I loved the video of your sons. They truly look like great kids :-)
loving this post and all the homes especially the new one, very special!!!
These are the kinds of homes I would just LOVE to live in. Alas, down here, it's all red brick mcmansions and cookie cutters. *sigh* Fantastic mosaic...lovely details and great colors!
really, they are aaaaallll so beautiful!
sell this set as posters, andrea. it is just magnificent. i want one.
if i could paint, i would want to paint houses just like you. really magnificent.
:)
Love these houses Andrea. What fun to make something so charming out of the ordinary.
One is mine!!!! Well... not exactly.... Gave it to my sis as a gift.... :) I LOVE YOUR LITTLE HOUSES!!! All of them! But you know that! :)
Gorgeous! The whole lot of them.
They look good enough to eat! They should all be listed with Hansel & Gretel Realty.
A collage of your wondrous houses. What could be better? Delightful to peruse. They really, really should go into a book, you know.
I second the idea for the poster. I thought of it as soon as I saw the grouping. I love the houses too, 38 times! Jeez, I wish I got that many posts. You are a pro.
We lived in a yellow house because my father was color blind and yellow was one of the few colors he could really see.
Your houses are so nice. Each is a pleasure to look at.
I think this was a great illustration! Nothing like multiple listings!

Hey!!! Where's MY house that I've got sitting on my wall in a prominent place for all and me to see!!!???
I think it's one of the most beautiful you've ever done (just kidding, of course...but I do love it!)
wow these are so beautiful! each one has it's own personality, like a character in a book.
I loved seeing them separately, but as a group they are awesome!
I love your work, and these houses are just wonderful. Make me want to move into one of them.
sorry about your puter probs, yak! Hope things get sorted soon.
I (still) love your cute & colourful houses & their surrounding scenery. :-)
I really wanted to say something original but... these are simply stunning. I love architecture and design, and these colors! WOW
