rudy's thinkin' stuff
And I thought I was pushing it when my 000 paintbrush was down to about five hairs and I was using it to paint the final details on a 6" x 6" panel! At least I don't have one of Lewis Carroll's fictional characters floating around my respiratory tract.
Rudy has two other great links to check out. All bloggers must go here and have their blogs analyzed. I'm ISTP (a mechanic) or the independent, problem-solving type of blogger. And while on brain function, this article isn't a huge surprise to me, magpie that I am. I always feel calmer and more focused after walking on the local trails and managed to squeeze that in before the rain started today. Phew.

The micro artist is amazing! Imagine inhaling one of your works of art! As for the blog analyzer, I'm an ESTP - The Doers. It seems to be right on the money for my character.
Someone sent me this video today and I'm just in the process of blogging about it! Darn! Now I actually have to think about something to write about. Mind blowing though isn't it?
Those miniatures are crazy! I can't believe that he ate Alice.
Typealizer is cool..apparently I'm ESFP the entertaining and friendly type...brain function is back and to the left of me noggin. How do they know that? What are the key phrases? Do they count the number of pictures and different coloured fonts?
You don't have to be a Brain Surgeon to know that nature induces a state of relaxation that is also conducive to insights.
Living in a City is about as natural as living in space.
Now I think I know why I have so much trouble blogging regularly - it's not really me! The typealyzer said I'm an ESTP, a Doer, the description of which is almost perfectly opposite of my true personality. This is very interesting and gives me much to think about.
Anybody else get the opposite personality?
I'm blown away by that video! Wow!
My blog is an ESTP - a doer. Just slightly off from the ENTP I normally show up as when I do the test.
Wow. The typeanalyzer said I was a performer, the entertaining and friendly type, and it sounded just like me. Thanks, that was fun.
Amazing miniatures! I cannot imagine the patience that requires.
I'm an ISFP - "the gentle and compassionate type. They are especially attuned their inner values and what other people need. (Go figure - guess that is why I am a nurse.) They are not friends of many words and tend to take the worries of the world on their shoulders. They tend to follow the path of least resistance and have to look out not to be taken advantage of.
They often prefer working quietly, behind the scene as a part of a team. They tend to value their friends and family above what they do for a living."
This would be me to a T... I'd like to know how that analyzer figures that out.
That microscopic sculpture is mind-blowing... (I have an eye dr.s appt. tomorrow - suspect I am needing bifocals to wear when working now. Can't imagine trying to work with a microscope).
Typealyzer also said I was an ESTP - Doer.. Sort of fits. I love engaging in physcial out-door activities as long as it's garden related. I don't enjoy being inactive - but don't seem to have problems with sitting still for hours on end with brush in hand,, so I don't know. (I'd also like to know what it is that they use to analyze this stuff).
(Your blog posts, always filled with Useful Information do make mine feel rather tritely anecdotal... Maybe that's what is being analyzed as 'play-ful' rather than somehow more... useful?...)
Hey maybe we are going about our art all wrong! the video is amazing.
As for the ESTP I'm a Performer. ?
ok, I'm an ISTP but no clue why. Not that I reject the notion, just find it curious. Yep, article on cognitive function/nature was pretty interesting.
I can't see the point of such minute sculptures! Except of course that they sell for so much...
My blog was analysed as an ESFP - a performer - which is odd as my type is normally rather different from that... I put Jim's blog through it and he's come out as an ESTP - a doer which is also only half right... Maybe it shows how much we edit what we blog...
Of course i had to try the typelyzer. I bet it's only about typeface. I'm supposed to be the gentle and compassionate type. I think my typeface is only.
Michelle: I bet you think you're a typical Aquarius, too! :)
Ellen: (arms folded and toe tapping) We're still waiting...
Common Tater: OK, I just have to say that I love this latest monniker o' your'n. And the picture is perfect.
Angela: And, like Michelle, I bet you're nothing like your zodiac sign (which is...?).
Heather: Doer definitely fits.
Deborah Ross: If you like that one I have a million tests just like it! :)
Ponygirl: me, too. Key phrases or vocab maybe? The way one structures one's sentences?
Tara: Don't get me started. Reading in bed is an exercise in endurance now -- and wondering how far my arms can stretch while I can still see the type. :)
Toni: I know! Talk about finding your niche!
Hayden: I bet it's something embarassingly simple.
Corine: I tried the typeface idea by testing a blog that uses the same as mine but is quite different. Nope. Not typeface. But excellent guess!
Caroline: Oops. Missed ya. Yeah -- I think it's a crap shoot, too. I like your editing theory!
Actually, I'm a Pisces, and I am very much like a Pisces.
My blog came in at ESFP - performer. The graphic of the tarty blonde draped over a bar with glass in hand could, possibly, just maybe, be accurate!
I sure as shootin' dislike planning and I run away from conflict. Maybe this thing knows me, not my blog?
hey I'm ESFP like Dinah ha ha ha ha ha.
Willard is just amazing isn't he? And god though he was being clever with a microbe, pah!
Dinah: Good call, analyser! ANd now I really am beginning to wonder how it works!
Zig: Can you, me and Dinah go out for a pint then? (Pretty interesting geographically being on three different continents, don't you think?)
