five small drawings
Like so many others, I have been running into the commenting problem on Blogger's Beta blogs (aka beta blockers?). Sometimes I get it figured out but then they change the rules and I'm back in the starting blocks again. I'm nodding a lot, though!

Sigh! Your artistic talent makes me want to weep. Those are just simply awesome! Keep at it! =)
These are great!
hi andrea! i usually am drawn to warm colors but this small art has calming cool colors. it's always nice to see what you're up to.
:)
Are these the five for your giveaway?
I'm working on mine - I've not blogged it yet - I figured given my form I'd better make them before offering!
Wow Andrea, these are just great. My favourite are the second and third down. Lovely stuff!
Lovely colours!!!
I love the variety of subject matter...lucky recepients!
Are you okay after that storm?
Thanks for the warm responses! As for the storm, Aaron -- we seemed to have dodged this bullet (the worst) and still have power/standing trees, though we were hit full blast by the last two and lost power during both. Storms can be so fickle! :)
I'd have to go with prairie store. Its gorgeous.
thanks, Andrea!
These are wonderful works of art. You really have a distinct style and I love it very much. Now I can even enjoy it all year round. I can't wait to write on my new doodle notebook that I got from your store.
Nos. 1, 3 and 5 are my faves, Andrea.
And I get what you're saying about Beta.
I've tried commenting for the past 3 days on one Beta blog (Cherrypie's) and finally could do so today.
No idea why...
love these paintings!
Sorry, that shoulda been Nos. 1, 3 and 4 (although 2 and 5 are great too)
What the hell is the Beta Blocking all about anyway!?!?!?!
Classic Bloggers must unite and storm the Blogstille..
there someone had to say it..
Fabulous pieces do you have titles yet? Here some suggestions..

I know that creations are like children and I shouldn't meddle.. OK switchin' to decaf.
Can't complain about the impeccable taste represented here... hee hee ... as for you, HE, I'll be calling on you from now on to name all my masterpieces.
Your colors are just incredible in these! As always, I am blown away by your creations... :)
Love your graphic style --
RW
My favorite is the last one and the second to last one. I love the pea pods. I came across an interesting artist whose work reminded me a little of yours. She does many-layered monoprints. Here's the url (tried to put in a link but globber wouldn't let me) if you're interested:

I don't know if you'll see any connection but something about her use of personal symbols was what struck me.
very beautiful illustrations........very different.......
WOW these are fantastic!!!! Makes me want to work more on black paper!
