sorry

This is a soft pastel drawing on black paper from a few years back. The flowers, thrown on the ground, seemed like a perfect expression of Illustration Friday's theme this week.

Once again your work speaks for itself.
They may be on the ground but are still beautiful.

Beautiful, and yes very fitting to the theme. I wonder though, how many more of these little pastel numbers you have hiding around...

I really like this idea... Was thinking of flowers offered in atonement, but this takes it one step farther... Were they thrown on the floor as a rejection of an apology?

Great art... and I like illustrations that take you someplace... and lead you farther beyond what's being visualized.

The flowers are lovely and the design of this piece The texture you have in your pastel gives your piece an energy-a vitality the flowers pocess despite being discarded so easily. Wonderful work!

This is gorgeous! Love the colors and the slant of the flower. Gives it a very apologetic feel!
